Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, or to replace professional feeding or medical guidance.
- Consultation: We strongly advise consulting a healthcare professional, such as your doctor, midwife, or lactation consultant, before use if you have recently had surgery (including a C-section), have chronic back, neck, or joint issues, or if your baby has any medical or feeding concerns.
- Assumption of Risk: By using Calmiz products, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and are responsible for following all safety instructions.
3. Proper Product Usage
To ensure the longevity of your pillow and the safety of you and your baby, all Calmiz products must be used strictly in accordance with the provided instructions.
- Supervision: Never leave your baby unattended on or near the pillow. Always keep your baby’s face and airway clear of the pillow.
- Not for Sleep: The breastfeeding pillow is for feeding and supported sitting only. It must not be used as a sleeping surface, bed, crib insert, or sleep positioner for infants.
- Care and Cleaning: Follow the care label for washing and drying. Keep the pillow away from open flames and high heat.
- Maintenance: Any alteration, cutting, or unauthorized modification of the pillow or its cover will result in the immediate termination of your product warranty.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
