3. Proper Product Usage
To ensure the longevity of your device and your personal safety, all Calmiz products must be used strictly in accordance with the provided instructional manuals.

  • Massage Guns: Should not be used on the head, throat, or directly on bone.

  • Foot & Knee Massagers: Should only be used while seated; standing on the devices may cause mechanical failure and void your warranty.

  • Maintenance: Any unauthorized tampering or attempted repair of the electronic components will result in the immediate termination of your product warranty.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
