To maintain our strict hygiene and quality standards, returned items—including our massage guns and foot machines—must be in their original, unused condition and housed in the original packaging with all included accessories. Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that for the health and safety of our community, devices showing significant signs of wear or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee.
